Machined parts. KinetiVision consultants have over 40 yrs. of design experience in machined components covering a wide range of industries.Complex supports, pump housings, valve bodies, flanges, and aircraft structures are some of the machined components designed by our consultants.

Mechanisms

Mechanism kinematics. We perform kinematic motion analyses of your assemblies to determine range of motion, clearance/interferance, and envelope for carrythrough of the design. Rotary hydraulic pumps, actuators, door mechanisms, and misc. machinery are examples of useful kinematic analyses.

Fluid Delivery Systems

Piping. We are experts at routing piping and fluid delivery systems. Hydraulic, pneumatic, water, and cryogenics are a few of the previous systems we have dealt with. We will install brackets, valves, sensors, clamps, actuators, and other components as well as route and produce production bend data for all associated tubing. We have experience with welded, swaged, and flared tubing assemblies.
